What started as a New Year resolution has now become a mindful ritual. In Jan'25, I start my mornings with a 30 min Pranayama session with Nim. Both, the practice itself and Nim's personalised style of instruction has helped me feel lighter, confident and more decisive throughout the day. I can't thank her enough for helping me get out of bed a little happier every day!

I started practicing yoga with Nim at INSEAD during a stressful time, and her sessions became the HIGHLIGHT of my week. Her calm, grounded energy and intentional guidance make every practice feel welcoming and supportive. Whether individually or in a group, she always saw where each of us were and adapted. Nim creates space for real connection and balance, I genuinely can’t recommend her enough!

I practiced yoga with Nimisha to de-stress, and I have to say it was such a delightful moment shared with her and everyone in the room. Nimisha was incredibly encouraging and adapted the practice to suit different levels, making sure everyone felt comfortable. I’ve grown to love yoga even more, thanks to her!

I did a session with Nim session in Fontainebleau and really enjoyed it. She knows exactly how to pace the class, starting slow and then gradually building up, which felt great. She clearly understands where people usually feel tight or sore and offers personalized guidance for all levels. What I loved most is how she adds a bit of humour throughout the session, it made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun. You can tell she knows her stuff, but doesn’t take it too seriously in the best way. Would definitely recommend!

I started Nimisha’s yoga classes alongside my HYROX training, and they’ve had a big impact. The sessions really helped with recovery and reduced the stiffness I usually get after intense workouts. Over time, I’ve noticed my mobility improve and I feel like I can move more freely, which has made a real difference in both training and performance. What I really appreciate is the way Nimisha creates such a calm and supportive space. It’s not just about stretching, it’s about properly tuning in and giving your body what it needs. If you're training hard and want to stay injury-free and feeling good, I’d definitely recommend her classes.

Just wrapped up my first Mat Pilates class with Nimisha and honestly, I’m hooked. She created such a warm, welcoming space, no pressure, just encouragement. The flow struck that perfect balance between strength, stretch, and stillness. I walked out feeling stronger, more grounded, and way more relaxed than I expected. The small, intentional movements really hit in all the right places. If you’ve been curious about Pilates / just need a reset, this is your sign! Go take her class.
